It was a good day to have a party,with my friends,back then I was a executive Chef in a Supermaket were they offer mexican Cuisine and Catering of Tacos for Party's. Me personally have grown in a kitchen with my Grandmother and Mother teaching me the heart and soul of the mexican food.

 

  When I was ready to hire a Taquiza,wich is what we call it for a taquero to come and serves us Tacos with the beans and rice,and our mexican signature salsas. they keept coming short to satisfy my taste buns. Some were not authentic at all,or they will come pre-made. For me it was not about the price but more the flavour and smell of authentic Mexican. Even were I worked they couldn't satisfy me.

 

 So I decided to do it my self,starting from scratch,getting the right equipment to provide real Mexican tacos.

 The equipment was the easy part, the salsas and seasoning of the meats came natural to me do to background of Grandma and mother that past the art and for that I was thankfull.

 Then in came. No taco can be great with out an authentic tortilla. But after months of search found the right recipie for the authentic tortilla.

 Did the party,and to my own surprise many people were asking me if they could hire me for and event,besides the good reviews I was getting. It came to me that I could have done what many times wanted to re stablish. What a real mexican Taquiza was.

 So I took the risk, and one year later and everything is going good. I took a risk for something I believe in ,and I am bulding a real Mexican Taquiza. Saving the flavour of real Authentic Mexican Taquizas.
